Your id number is required in case the bus driver or a bus inspector requires proof of your identity as the holder of the ticket. NOTE: The bus driver or bus inspector is entitled to refuse the right of travel if you can not provide Identification as specified on the ticket.

Although we are constantly expanding our offer and improving the ease of use for both travellers and bus companies, not all bus companies are currently interested in selling their tickets online.

Yes you may rebook your ticket up to 24 hours before the departure time stated on your original ticket.
Can I cancel my bus ticket before travel?
Yes, you can cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the departure time stated on the purchased ticket, for refund we charge a service fee of 10% per ticket.
Are there any online booking fees?
We charge a booking fee of min. 5 HRK or 5% on each ticket.
Are there any other fees I have to pay?
At the larger bus stations you might have to pay a bus station fee; prices vary but it is usually around 5-10 Kuna (0.65-1.30 Euro). If you are carrying luggage for the hold, you will have to pay a fee to the bus driver, for a regular suitcase on a national bus line the price is about 5-10 Kuna (0.65-1.30 Euro).
Why are the amounts in Croatian Kuna HRK?
For selling bus tickets in Croatia, it is required by law that we sell tickets from Croatian bus companies in Kuna. If you hover over the price you will see the adequate amount displayed in other currencies.
